Carmelita Resh
Founder/Chief Executive Officer

Carmelita holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of South Florida. Her education combined with over 20 years as a Full-Stack Senior Web Developer provides her with the skill set to manage budgets, staff and IT operations. She is a certified PMP (Project Management Professional) and completed the Non-Instructional Leadership Development Program at Sheridan Technical Center. This nine-month program concentrated in Communication Skills, Supervisory Skills and Productivity Skills. Carmelita is a military spouse and is dedicated to giving back to our nation’s heroes.

Captain James Keith M.Hr. USAR (Retired)
Chief Operating Officer

James is a 21-year Army/Army Reserve Service Disabled Veteran having deployed as a Military and contractor to Panama, Korea, Macedonia, Kosovo, Afghanistan and Iraq (et. al). James has lived on and off in Florida since 1976. James has a history of incubating socio-economic status start-up businesses and tweening the sale of Federal Contacting businesses in excess of $1B. James spends his time supporting his brother’s real estate practice at Compass Realty and his mother’s Woman Owned Small Business, as well as being the V.P. Of Business Development of two federal contracting companies in Tampa and a minority/partner of a Technology Solutions Company based in Washington DC.

Richard F. Dufner
Chief Financial Officer

Richard has over 28 years of experience serving with various business organizations as VP-Finance and C.F.O. He has also served on Boards of Directors as a Treasurer and Member for various corporate and community organizations. Utilizing his expertise in finance, Richard was an Instructor in Accounting at Duquesne University. Richard holds a MBA from Northwestern University with a concentration in Accounting and a BSBA from Duquesne University.

Prior to college and his corporate career, Richard served in the 82nd Airborne Division from 1959-62, attaining rank of Sp/5.

Brian C. Karsen, Esq.
Chief Legal Officer

Brian is a partner with the firm of Barnett, Lerner, Karsen & Frankel, P.A., which is one of the largest firms nationally representing civilian contract workers assisting U.S. military operations abroad. Many of his clients are former military members themselves. Due to his experience in this specialized area of law, Brian is uniquely familiar with many of the vocational issues confronted by our nation’s veterans in returning to the civilian workforce. Brian received his law degree from the University of Florida, where he also earned a M.B.A. and B.A.

Steve Resh
Director of Veteran Relations

Steve began his career in the U.S. Navy and upon completion of basic training, entered the Avionics program. After completing A school, Steve was stationed at N.A.S Oceana with VA 176 and achieved the rank of Petty Officer 3rd Class. From 1986 - 1990 he completed several deployments aboard the U.S.S. Forrestal.

After the military, he began his civilian career. While attending Stevens State Technical Institute in Lancaster, PA., he received his Electrical Technology degree. Steve has over 12 years in the Electrical field.

Natalie Rodriguez
Director of Marketing

Natalie is a Retired Navy Veteran with 20 years of active duty service, and the proud mother of a second-generation active duty US. Navy Sailor. The discipline and multitude of skillsets she acquired throughout her military career, afforded her the ability to attain an AAS in Administrative and Management Studies, a BSB in Business with a Concentration in Project Management, and an AA in Marketing. She is a proud supporter of the United We Serve Initiative and is committed to positively impacting the lives of our Nation’s Military and their families through volunteerism. Natalie has worked with organizations such as; Hands on Broward, American Red Cross, and the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce Military Affairs Committee and is continuing her commitment today through her work with Patriot Placements.

Jeff Weiss
Director of Business Development

Jeff began his career in the U.S. Air Force and upon completion of basic training, entered the Law Enforcement program. After completing technical school, Jeff was stationed at Joint Base Charleston, SC & RAF Upper Heyford, UK and was also deployed internationally and domestically throughout his career. Before & after the military, Jeff pursued his education at the State University of NY at New Paltz, the Community College of the Air Force, Fordham University & Fort Hays State University. Jeff then started a sales career that has taken him from small business sales to regional management and Director positions.

Jeff also serves with the Autism Society of Broward County and is active in sports programs for children with Special Needs.
